However, we have mechanisms for tracking working hours that we are willing to share with the client. It is the client's responsibility to specify the information to be shared with the collaborator. Employees sign confidentiality and non-compete agreements with both SkillGo and the client.

All collaborators sign a contract with SkillGo. The responsibility lies with us in relation to the collaborator.
SkillGo has a database of potential collaborators for each typical position. The search and hiring process takes between 1 and 3 weeks to have your employee operational.
If you don't make a hire, you don't pay anything. We don't charge upfront fees, and pricing is fully transparent once we have your role requirements.
With our meticulous selection process, the chances of that happening are minimal. But if it does, SkillGo is committed to conducting a new search to replace the remote professional as soon as possible.
You or someone from your existing company will need to train the assistants. Similar to hiring a regular employee, they will undergo your training and onboarding to become a member of your team.
