We utilize tools to monitor work schedules and maintain continuous oversight of talent. For communication, we provide local phone numbers, conduct checks on internet quality at their workplaces, and ensure that technical setups are in place. Depending on the team, the concept of extended offices (Co-working) may be introduced.
We encourage considering remote staff as regular employees, with direct management by the employer. However, we have mechanisms for tracking working hours that we are willing to share with the client. We provide a Customer Success support to ensure successful implementation, management, and ongoing monitoring of talent.
